Quarterly Newsletter Advertising Rates and Specifications The Windsor Square News is published four times a year, the first week in March, June, September and December. Approximately 350 printed copies are distributed to homes in the Windsor Square Historic District, City Area of Windsor Square, and advertisers. In addition, the News is published electronically and archived on the Windsor Square website.

Advertising Rates

Full page: $225 one insertion, $750 four inserstions

2/3 page: $175 one insertion, $600 four inserstions

Half page: $150 one insertion, $500 four inserstions

Full page: $125 one insertion, $450 four inserstions

Specs

All ads will be printed in color and published electronically in four-color, as submitted by advertiser. Advertising material mustbe submitted in digital/electronic format (300 dpi in jpg, pdf, or eps). Ad dimensions:

Full page: 8″ wide by 10″ high
2/3 page: vertical 5″ wide by 10″ high
Half page: horizontal 8″ wide by 5″ high
1/3 page: vertical 2.5″ wide by 10″ high
