Named by Money magazine as one of the ten U.S. “Best Big City Neighborhoods to Live In,” as well as, New Times Magazine “Best Neighborhood”, Windsor Square is one of the most desirable historic neighborhoods and is hosting its semi-annual home tour on March 8, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Recently, The Urban Institute of Arizona also named the intersection of Camelback and Central as the 2017 Hottest Intersection in the greater Phoenix area.
Participants have the opportunity to tour 12 historic homes featuring some of the latest design trends, while at the same time exploring original classic architectural highlights dating back to the 1930s and ’40s. Visitors will be able to check out offerings of fine arts and crafts vendors, partake in a beer garden, enjoy some of the Valley’s best food truck fare and listen to live music. The cost for this year’s tour is $20, however, prior to the event tickets are available online for $17 — children under 12 are free.
