Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Windsor Square Home & Garden Tour book. We believe this will be an effective investment of your advertising budget. Windsor Square is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Phoenix and has been offering home tours every two years since 1998. Up to 1,500 visitors spend the day strolling the neighborhood visiting the 10 to 12 homes on display while enjoying arts and crafts vendors as well as the Valley’s best food truck fare. The guide book is distributed to all visitors, some 280 residents, and provides collateral distribution throughout the greater North Central Phoenix area.

The Home Tour is scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2026

The Guide (5½” x 8½”) will be approximately 30 to 40 pages

1000 copies of the Guide book will be printed and distributed.

Advance copies may be distributed to other Historic District organizations.

Full-Page, includes 4 Tour tickets: $1,250
Home Sponsor (Full Page), includes 10 Tour tickets: $2,500

All advertisers may also have free booth space in the designated street vendor area a $75 value.
