Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2026 Windsor Square Home Tour. Windsor Square is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Phoenix and has been offering home tours every two years since 1998. Over 1200 visitors spend the day strolling the neighborhood visiting the 10 to 12 homes on display while enjoying our street fair including arts, craft, food and drink!
To reserve your space at the street fair, please follow the link to apply online and pay the vendor fee per below.
Each vendor space cost $75 unless the vendor qualifies for a waiver (see below)
Payment must be received at the same time as the vendor application.
All vendor spaces are 10’ x 12’. Larger spaces are available for food trucks for a fee of $125.
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first come, first-served basis.
Windsor Square does not provide tables, chairs, tents, water or electricity.
Due to street closures, vendor set up will take place between 8:00 and 10:30 am and vendor tear down will take place between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
Vendors are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Vendors are fully responsible for their displays including but not limited to any fire, robbery, or other damage and any injury to the public that occurs within the vendor’s display areas.
Each vendor agrees to hold Windsor Square and the Home Tour Committee harmless and released from any liability arising from any actions or claims brought against the vendor.
Vendors must have and display the proper permits including food vending permits as required by the Maricopa County Environmental Services.
Alcohol may not be sold or served from vendor spaces at the Windsor Square Home Tour.
Cancellations accepted up to 90 days prior to the event (December 29th, 2025)
The Windsor Square Home Tour will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
A map and confirmation letter will be sent to you prior to March 27th, 2026

Day of Tour Information
Set-up will start at 8 am. Your booth needs to be ready to go by 10:30.
You will need to enter the neighborhood from Camelback onto 6th street. Stay to the right to get to Orange St. The street is closed, but there will be a volunteer to check you in and give your booth location. After you unload you can move your car east on Orange and have street parking. Please do not enter from Colter, and do not enter from 2nd street or Medlock.
No tables, tents, chairs or electricity are provided. Please bring everything you need.
