Historic & Special Planning District Invoice Membership Dues

Windsor Square Advantage Cards Now Available

We are a historic Special Planning District formed in 1987 and a State registered non-profit organization.  We are bordered by Camelback Road, Missouri Avenue, Central Avenue, and 7th Street.  Governance is provided by elected Board of Directors who represent residents on issues impacting the quality of life in the district.  These include:

– Promoting the integrity of the historic neighborhood which is listed in the Phoenix Register of Historic Districts and the National Register of Historic Places
– Promoting goodwill and communication among residents, adjacent commercial property owners and the City of Phoenix
– Discouraging crime through its Block Watch efforts

Achieving these goals require the support of all residents.  Ongoing costs include our newsletter, email News Blasts, website, and flyers which keep residents informed of evolving issues.  In addition, Windsor Square holds an annual Block Party, multiple children’s activities, a bi-annual Home Tour fundraiser, holiday events, and an Advantage Card Program offering negotiated discounts with our business neighbors.  We also maintain our common areas and provide for pet waste disposal.  Administrative costs include insurance, banking fees, printing fees, storage locker fees and our post office box rental.

Finally, we must maintain a “war chest” on hand that will allow us to effectively respond to threats to our neighborhood by developers who may not care about the integrity of our historic district. This involves legal and civil involvement, zoning and enforcement oversight, and legal/tax filings.

With this understanding, we hope you realize that Annual dues are an essential part of our fundraising efforts. Two Advantage cards will be provided to each family registration.

Dues can be paid below, or a check can be mailed to:
