Every two years Windsor Square Historic District welcomes the public to tour selected homes and gardens. Architectural styles in Windsor Square include Spanish Colonial, Colonial Ranch, French Provincial Ranch, English Tudor and Mid-Century Modern. Residents of this charming north central neighborhood have a passion for preserving and maintaining the historic character and style of the neighborhood. Money Magazine recognized Windsor Square nationally as one of the ‘Top Ten Best Big City Neighborhoods’ in USA and Phoenix Magazine named it one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Additionally, Windsor Square was voted ‘Best Phoenix Neighborhood’ 2016 by New Times Magazine.
The Windsor Square Home and Garden Tour attracts up to 1,800 attendees. A total of 2,000 keepsake guides will be printed and distributed.

Full page and half ads will be allocated one free space in which they may set up a display or sales booth on the date of the Home and Garden Tour. Booth space is approximately 10 x 12 and is space only, no electricity. Vendor must supply table or other display equipment. Booth space is assigned on first come first served basis.
