Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Windsor Square Home & Garden Tour guide book. We believe this will be an effective investment of your advertising budget. Windsor Square is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Phoenix and has been offering home tours every two years since 1998. Up to 1,500 visitors spend the day strolling the neighborhood visiting the 10 to 15 homes on display while enjoying arts and crafts vendors as well as the Valley’s best food truck fare. The guide book is distributed to all visitors, some 280 residents, and provides collateral distribution throughout the greater North Central Phoenix area.

The Home Tour is scheduled for Sunday, March 10th, 2024

The Guide (5½” x 8½”) will be approximately 30 to 40 pages

1,600 copies of the Guide will be printed and distributed to all Windsor Square residents, all Tour attendees, and distributed generally as part of our publicity plan.

Advance copies may be distributed to other Historic District organizations.

Full-Page, includes 4 Tour tickets: $750
Inside Back Cover, includes 6 Tour tickets: $1,500
Home Sponsor (Full Page), includes 10 Tour tickets: $2,500
